Nightwick Privacy Policy

Nightwick Studio ("we", "us") is a small studio in California, USA, run by its owner. This policy explains what information we handle through this website, our shop, our channel and our internal tools, and how we use it.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not ask you for any information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Orders
Our products are sold through Etsy. When you order, Etsy shares the details needed to fulfil it (such as your name, shipping address and the items ordered) with us and with our production partner, Printify, which prints and ships your item. We use these details only to make, ship and support your order. Payment details are handled by Etsy; we never see your card number. Etsy's and Printify's own privacy policies also apply.
If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and help with your order. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Guild Hall (our internal tool) and Google user data
Guild Hall is a private tool that runs on our own computer and helps us publish videos to our own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public. When we connect it to our own Google account, it requests access to:
- YouTube upload (youtube.upload): to upload our finished videos and thumbnails to our channel;
- YouTube read-only (youtube.readonly): to read our own channel's video list and basic statistics;
- YouTube Analytics read-only (yt-analytics.readonly): to read our own channel's views and watch time so we can see which videos work.
Data received from Google APIs is used only for these purposes, is stored only on our own computer, is never sold, and is never shared with or transferred to anyone else, and it is not used for advertising. Guild Hall's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Guild Hall also uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and we delete the stored access token when we disconnect.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the business (Etsy, Printify, Cloudflare, Google), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and email records as long as needed to support orders and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@nightwickstudio.com. We will not treat you differently for asking. Our products and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
